As you walk through the main entrance to the diabetes treatment facility you begin to see the monstrous structure, the building takes up most of the cavernous space. It isn’t exactly the most appealing building, its walls are made of huge sugar-free candy slabs and the windows of frosted clear rock candy. Outside the front door a large gathering of oompa loompas are protesting for change against the corrupt doctors. Soon the police will arrive and take them away to prison for “disturbing the peace.” of course, nothing will change, the only hope for change is open revolt and revolution. In this country the government only listens to the rich and powerful. Out the back a truck leaves full of the patients who could not afford insurance and were left untreated. On the front door a sign reads standard examination: one billion dollars + tax. inside the building the doctors pamper anyone with insurance or money and push away those who do not. (can you guess what country this is? (I sure can’t)) inside the waiting room huge bloated masses of flesh lie on the couches like the people from wall-e. On the table there is a menu it reads
breakfast: powdered kale with kale juice lunch: kale only salad. Dinner: entrée of kale stalks, main dish of kale roast and an all kale donut for desert. 4 trillion dollars + gst + tax + tacks. there are carefully machined and woven blue cotton candy tiffany lamps every 5 of so metres attached to the walls by gold hardened licorice laces. Back in the waiting room there is a clear rock candy table on legs of black licorice. Posters line the walls about how you should go vegan and only eat and drink kale based products and if you don’t you suck and no one will like you. these products of course are only produced by the same companies that run the hospitals and are only available at extortionate prices.

In this building there were several people, one of these people had hair on their head. They had exactly one million, three hundred and twelve thousand, one hundred and twenty eight follicles of hair on their head. They also had several thousand bits of hair in their armpits. They also had some hair in, other, places. In the hair on their head they had some lice, one of these lice in particular was called carl, carl had a wife and kids. He also had a pet dust mite called jerry. This dust mite was covered in bacteriums, (just like all things). One bacterium in particular was called xskg, xskg was single but lived with 37 tardigrades, contrary to popular belief tardigrades are not completely invincible and can be easily squished to anything big enough. Back in the hair a fairy fly was flying through the air. This fly is so small that its wings are more like hands so that it can “grab” the air as at this scale it acts like glue. Meanwhile outside the building a family of etruscan shrews had dug a burrow beneath the complex, etruscan shrews are also the smallest land mammal.
